CADViewer is a web-server application that allows anyone with a JAVA enabled browser to view, print, and mark-up CAD drawings that are located on the web-server, or any local or remote logical drive that can be accessed by the browser. Visitors to the web-server where CADViewer is installed quickly download the JAVA applet that provides all the functionality.
Additionally, CADViewer can be purchased and operated as a standalone desktop Windows application.
CADViewer reads file
formats including DWF, with optional support for SVF, GIF, JPG, and others.
CADViewer Enterprise
provides file conversion from input formats including DWG, DXF, HPGL, HPGL/2, DGN, PDF, and others to
DWF, which is the native file format that is read by CADViewer. File conversion to DWF is performed by
servlets that reside on the same web-server as the input files, and provide
seamless on-the-fly conversion that is transparent to the user.
